Request a Trip
You can request a trip with us through our online form for either the Disability Action Transport Scheme (DATS) or Dial-A-Lift. This simple and convenient option allows you to quickly submit a journey request, and is especially useful if our phone lines are busy. Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
Pricing
Pay As You Travel
Our DIAL-A-LIFT and DATS services are charged at just £0.50 per mile across the Newry and Mourne region. This simple, affordable pricing helps you plan your journeys with confidence while staying connected to your community.
Two Free DIAL-A-LIFT Trips Each Week
If you have a valid Translink SMARTPASS, you can enjoy up to two free DIAL-A-LIFT trips per week within the Newry and Mourne area.
Travel Outside our Operational area
We can provide transport outside our normal operational area where possible. Standard mileage charges will apply, and free SMARTPASS trips are not available for journeys outside the Newry and Mourne area.
