Dial-a-Lift is tailored for individuals in rural communities who are unable to use standard public transport due to mobility issues, isolation, or lack of access. Whether itâs a trip to the GP or a catch-up with friends, Dial-a-Lift ensures you're never left behind.
Where Can I Go?
This service can be used for a wide variety of everyday and essential journeys, including:
Shopping trips
Visits to the hairdresser
Doctor or local health centre appointments
Pharmacy collections
Trips to the Post Office
Accessing education and training opportunities
Participating in community or recreational activities
Visiting friends and family

Am I Eligible?
To qualify for Dial-a-Lift, you must meet the following criteria:
You must live in a rural area that is not covered by the Disability Action Transport Scheme (DATS).
If you hold a SMARTPASS, your first two trips of the week is FREE.
